Mini Seasons is designed to respect your privacy. The app fetches pre-built seasonal content from our servers. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information through the app.
Mini Seasons may use your device's location to determine your ecoregion and show locally relevant seasonal content. This lookup happens entirely on your device using a bundled data file. Your location is never sent to our servers.
If you subscribe to our newsletter or join the Android waitlist through our website, we collect your email address. We use it solely to send you seasonal content or product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services in the app.
Seasonal content (text, images) is hosted on our content delivery network. No user data is stored on our servers beyond voluntarily submitted email addresses.
The app does not share data with third parties. Phenology data displayed in the app is sourced from the USA National Phenology Network and is pre-processed before delivery — no requests are made to third-party APIs from your device.
Mini Seasons does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
