Mini Seasons is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, address, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information through the app. The limited data we do collect is described below and is used only to operate, maintain, and improve the app.
Mini Seasons may use your device's approximate location to show locally relevant seasonal content. Where possible, this lookup happens on your device and your precise location is not transmitted to us. You can enable or revoke location access at any time in your device settings.
To understand how the app is used and to detect and fix problems, we collect anonymous usage and diagnostic data. This may include:
This data is used in aggregate to improve the app. It is not used to advertise to you or to build a personal profile about you, and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
We use a small number of third-party or self-hosted service providers to help us operate the app — for example, to deliver content, to collect anonymous usage analytics, and to receive crash and error reports. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual or operational controls and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not use third-party advertising networks or cross-site/cross-app tracking services.
Mini Seasons may offer optional in-app purchases that unlock additional features or content. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles all payment and billing information; we do not receive or store your payment details. We receive confirmation from Apple that a purchase has been completed, which we use to grant access to the unlocked content on your devices.
If you subscribe to our newsletter or join a waitlist through our website, we collect your email address and use it solely to send you product updates or seasonal content. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We retain the limited data we collect for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate and improve the app, and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. We do not sell your data.
Mini Seasons does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
