Mini Seasons is a nature-awareness app that displays seasonal content — including micro-season descriptions, artwork, and phenology data — tailored to North American ecoregions. The App is provided free of charge.
All text, artwork, and data in the App are provided for informational and inspirational purposes. Phenology data is derived from the USA National Phenology Network and other public sources. While we strive for accuracy, seasonal timing and observations may vary from actual conditions in your area.
All original content in Mini Seasons — including sumi-e artwork, poetic text, and design — is the property of Inspectural and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without permission.
We aim to keep the App available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content is refreshed periodically and may not reflect real-time conditions.
Mini Seasons is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspectural shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
